While her role as office manager can vary from day to day, the vital role Maraia Vosaki plays in our organization is unmistakable. She has the task of maintaining a happy, efficient office at Curtis Miner Architecture. From greeting clients and keeping the workplace well stocked to engaging with coworkers and scheduling meetings, Maraia is a pro at handling a wide variety of tasks.
When she joined the firm in 2018, Maraia was looking for an opportunity to grow and stretch the skills she had learned from previous work environments and education. To make sure our office is functioning at its best, she has a strong computer skillset and relies on Microsoft Excel to improve productivity.
The office manager is one of the few people who interact with coworkers every day. This is not only what Maraia enjoys most about her job, but also what makes the experience of going—or calling in—to work a very pleasant experience. Coworkers appreciate her attention to detail and the importance she places on cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Just like her coworkers, Maraia loves to see a project come to life. She joined CMA right before the firm was awarded the architectural design of the Lehi Public Safety Building. The process of how the design translated into a cutting-edge facility has been fascinating to her.
When she’s not at work, Maraia enjoys spending time with her husband. Like many of us, they sought out fun, safe outdoor activities during the COVID-19 pandemic and discovered Frisbee Golf. She’s found not only does she enjoy it, but she’s also pretty good at the sport!
It’s this ability to adapt and embrace change that makes Maraia a valued member of the CMA team.
