Shaylee Mears earned her Bachelor’s of Interior Design (BID) from Utah State University in 2020. She uses her space planning, material and furniture choices, and color selection talents to create client environments that are both functional and beautiful. Her passion for creating spaces that are tailored to clients’ wants and needs – combined with her technical and people skills – makes it effortless for her to visualize spaces for CORE clients. When she has aspects of a space that are particularly challenging, she compares the client’s wants versus their needs and finds inspiration from magazines, nature, fashion, or by seeking counsel from another design professional to help her find appropriate solutions. Shaylee is skilled in a variety of software, including Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
