Intermountain Lake Park Cooling Tower Replacement
Intermountain Healthcare (IHC), a Utah-based, non-profit system of 24 hospitals, reached out to Curtis Miner Architecture (CMA) to assist with replacing the existing cooling tower at their four-story, 200,000 SF Lake Park corporate facility.
The existing mechanical system, which had reached its end of life, was replaced with a more sophisticated system. As a subconsultant to the structural design team, CMA provided design consultation for specialty handrails, equipment screening materials, and roof and penthouse penetrations for the new system.
