Ken Garff Ford Dealership

The purpose of the Ken Garff Ford Remodel and Addition was to provide additional showroom space and accommodate the updated factory requirement of a new prominent facade and entry portal.  In addition, the owner desired to create a strong connection between the existing showroom and the existing service write-up area utilizing the customer amenity area as the common link.

A new car wash facility was also added.  The showroom finishes were upgraded to meet the new Ford branding image and finishes requirements.  The service write-up area was opened up to allow additional seating and received new lighting fixtures.  New furniture and workstations create a modern look and feel throughout the showroom and service write up areas.  The customer amenity areas offer complimentary refreshments, comfortable lounge seating, access to multiple large flat screen monitors, and charging stations for mobile devices.  The restrooms were upgraded to accommodate more fixtures and new contemporary finishes.  The exterior materials for the facade and entry portal exhibit aluminum composite metal panels, corrugated metal panels adjacent to EIFS accent bands.  The new brand wall gives the existing facility an appearance of a new dealership.
