Luxury Multi-Family Housing for Salt Lake County Residents
We’re nearly 20 years into the 21st century. In this day and age, who wants cookie-cutter apartments in their town? Not Bluffdale, Utah. Lowe Property Group, 8 Bay Advisors, and DAI saw a niche to fill in the small community just outside of Silicon Slopes: luxury apartments with high-end amenity spaces all over.
When envisioning the project, the clients wanted something beyond the standard-issue multi-family housing projects that are cropping up close by. The CMA team heard that loud and clear. “Each apartment building will be totally unique in unit count, size, and siting,” said Associate Architect Mike Anderson.
With the expanding tech sector and the non-stop growth of the southern part of Salt Lake County, the near 260,000 square feet of total space between the apartments and the clubhouse is unique in many aspects. Said Mike, “Apart from the amenities, three of the buildings will even feature walk-out basement units due to grade change, which adds another interesting element to the Rockpoint community.”
Future residents will have access to an impressive number of amenities. The radially designed clubhouse is centrally located on the site and overlooks a pool that features swimming lanes. In addition to standard features like covered parking, Rockpoint also boasts a spa, outdoor fireplaces and fire bowls, outdoor big screen T.V., dog park, kids’ play area, a secret garden, fitness center, a game room, high end clubroom, and even a functional armillary sphere.
Unique, practical, and beautiful, Rockpoint Apartments are slated to be ready for move-ins by January 2020.
