CORE Values
Family-Oriented–Our focus on our families and communities gives us the reason to do our best work both inside and outside the office.
Excellent Design–Our work has meaning and purpose. We strive to create beauty and value with each project.
Outstanding Service–We seek to understand needs first, and then we propose solutions. We do what we say we’re going to do.
Innovation–Challenges are opportunities to imagine something better.
Collaboration–We welcome the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience of our team, peers, and colleagues. We look for ways to enhance interaction, teamwork and communication.
Mutual Respect–Our team is a collection of unique backgrounds, ideas and personalities. We acknowledge the contributions of each to make our workplace a constructive, safe and positive environment.
Mentorship–We deliberately build upcoming generations.
Integrity–We are honest and fair in our relationships with others and in our business dealings. We boldly do what needs to be done for the good of our team and our business.
Design Approach
Our unique design approach begins with careful listening and learning about our clients’ needs which includes social, historical, political and physical design context. We organize the project team early. The best partnering comes when this team consists of client and user representatives, contractors, government officials, community and other involved stakeholders. This inclusive team invites the best collaborative thinking and input. We synthesize data and develop architectural design solutions based on input from the project team which translates into consensus building around a single solution. We prepare clear and precise documents that facilitate efficient and trouble-free construction. We are successful when our clients are successful.
