Kurt Mather | AIA
Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering (1997) from the Brigham Young University. He currently holds architectural licenses in the states of Utah, Arizona, Idaho, Colorado and Texas. Kurt is an associate architect at Curtis Miner Architecture where he has been employed since 2000. He specializes in commercial office, multi-family residential, retail, educational and healthcare design. Kurt has received several national and local awards and recognitions for his design work. He has a specialized understanding of the International Building Code Accessibility Standards and the Fair Housing Act Guidelines. Kurt is an expert in facilitating designs through the city approval and construction processes.
Did you know?
Kurt first became interested in drafting and architecture during his junior high and high school drafting classes where he won awards in national competitions. He enjoys spending his free time with his family hiking in the mountains and national parks of Utah, visiting historical locations across the United States, and reading non-fictional biographies.
