860 Place Townhomes & Clubhouse
Located in American Fork, Utah, the new 860 Place multi-family residential community features variations of 3-story townhomes. Each townhome has its own private garage at ground level with the living areas on the second level and bedrooms on the third level. The community includes 36 separate buildings with a centrally located clubhouse. Additional amenities include: an outdoor pool, BBQ area, fitness room, clubroom, kid’s play area, and pickle ball courts. By eliminating a surface parking area, CORE Architecture (CORE) was able to increase density, maximize amenities and develop a more pedestrian-friendly community. The townhomes are situated so that front of the buildings face outward, creating an inviting curb appeal, while the back of the townhomes face each other to create garage alleyways and parking access. The community is easily accessible, with curbed access points into city roads and pedestrian areas that are removed from traffic.
180 unit townhome complex, including (6) 3-story 3-plexes (6,763 SF each = 40,578 SF), (8) 4-plexes (9,020 SF each = 72,160 SF), (4) 5-plexes (10,967 SF each = 43,868 SF), (16) 6-plexes (13,489 SF each = 215,824 SF), and (2) 7-plexes (5,732 SF each = 31,464 SF) and a common clubhouse, pool and amenities (BBQ, fitness room, clubroom, pickle ball courts, kid’s play area).
