Groove Technology Solutions – Third Floor
CORE Architecture was proud to continue its partnership with Groove Technology Solutions by designing the expansion of their corporate headquarters. Originally responsible for the building’s initial design, CORE was brought back to complete the third level—delivering a seamless extension that supports the company’s continued growth while maintaining design continuity and brand identity.
Located on the top floor, the new space capitalizes on expansive views of the surrounding mountains and valley, reinforcing the connection between workplace and setting. The layout includes modern conference rooms, high ceilings, and full-height glass office fronts that promote transparency and professionalism. Energy-efficient LED lighting systems contribute to the project’s sustainability goals while creating a bright, comfortable environment for both staff and visitors.
A central feature of the expansion is the product showroom, designed with finished wall panels that allow Groove Technology Solutions to display their full range of offerings in a clean, engaging format. This space supports both sales and client engagement while doubling as a flexible demonstration area.
The design also incorporates open kitchenettes in both third-floor suites, encouraging employee interaction and informal collaboration. Throughout the level, an industrial-inspired aesthetic—featuring exposed ceilings and accent clouds—adds visual texture while supporting the building’s functional goals.
With this thoughtfully executed expansion, CORE Architecture helped Groove Technology Solutions transform their upper level into a high-performing, client-ready environment that supports product innovation, team connectivity, and long-term growth.
