Ken Garff Porsche Audi Dealership
CORE Architecture partnered with the Ken Garff Automotive Group to design the Ken Garff Porsche Audi Dealership, a 39,777-square-foot flagship facility prominently located at the intersection of SR-92 and I-15 in Lehi, Utah. This state-of-the-art project brings together two of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands—Porsche and Audi—within a unified, modern retail environment that meets each manufacturer’s distinct brand and performance standards.
The dealership features dedicated showrooms and service drives for both Porsche and Audi, each designed to reflect the unique identity and customer experience expectations of its respective brand. A shared service shop and parts department enhances operational efficiency while maintaining clear brand separation in customer-facing areas.
Exterior materials were carefully selected to reinforce each brand’s visual language. Audi’s façade includes curtain wall glazing with minimal mullions and corrugated perforated aluminum panels, presenting a crisp, high-tech aesthetic. Porsche’s exterior is defined by frameless curtain wall glazing paired with a brushed aluminum composite panel system, expressing the brand’s iconic elegance and precision.
The dealership’s backend, including the shop and parts areas, is constructed using durable concrete masonry units, prioritizing function, durability, and long-term performance.
Designing on a sloped site and meeting factory standards required close coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Through thoughtful planning and detailed execution, CORE Architecture delivered a high-performance dealership that enhances brand presence, supports operational flow, and elevates the luxury automotive retail experience in a rapidly growing market.
