Kids on the Move

CORE Architecture worked closely with Kids on the Move (KOTM) to design a state-of-the-art specialty school dedicated to serving children and families with a broad range of needs. The project includes a new 175,000 square-foot, three-story facility located on a 12-acre site.

The school’s program includes an autism center, childcare, early start and early intervention services, respite care, and family support resources. As part of the comprehensive design process, CORE provided both programming and architectural services. A series of detailed site plans, exterior and interior renderings (including interactive 3D visuals) were created to bring KOTM’s vision to life.

In addition, CORE collaborated with KOTM to design several specialized, age-appropriate playground environments, including an all-abilities playground that encourages inclusive play for children of all physical and cognitive abilities.

This facility is designed to be a place of hope and healing. Donations will help transform these designs into reality, offering a positive and uplifting space for families in our community.
