CORE Architecture provided full design and construction administration services for Spectrum Eyecare’s new location within the highly sought-after Grantsville Professional Park, a premier commercial development also designed by CORE. This tenant improvement project reflects a collaborative effort between Spectrum Eyecare, Eye Designs Group—an industry leader in optical office furnishings—and CORE’s architectural team.
Before relocating, Spectrum partnered with Eye Designs Group to develop a preliminary interior layout and furnishings package. These preselected finishes and preconfigured optical furnishings called for exacting coordination in the electrical and mechanical systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
CORE Architecture meticulously translated these design concepts into a polished, brand-aligned clinical and retail space. The final layout includes a spacious optical sales floor, a fully equipped optical lab, four exam rooms, two diagnostic testing rooms, three private offices, a staff lounge, restrooms, a server room, and designated storage areas. Every zone was strategically planned to support efficient patient flow, staff operations, and premium customer experience.
This tenant build-out highlights CORE’s expertise in medical office design, with a strong focus on healthcare interiors, functionality, and brand-driven environments. The project showcases CORE Architecture’s ability to coordinate with specialty consultants, manage complex technical requirements, and deliver high-quality, purpose-built professional spaces.
By integrating design vision with practical execution, CORE created a state-of-the-art optometry clinic that enhances Spectrum Eyecare’s service offerings and reinforces their brand identity in one of Utah’s most professional healthcare settings.
