Taqueria 27
CORE Architecture partnered with Taqueria 27 to deliver a dynamic tenant improvement in Eagle Mountain, Utah—transforming an existing commercial space into a bold, modern restaurant that reflects the brand’s vibrant identity and commitment to community.
This restaurant architecture project blends natural textures with contemporary finishes, pairing warm wood tones and tactile surfaces with clean lines and dynamic lighting to create a welcoming, high-energy dining environment. The open layout fosters a sense of connection between guests, while also providing flexibility for both casual and social gatherings.
The CORE team worked closely with the client to reimagine the interior space, optimizing kitchen efficiency, improving service circulation, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Every square foot was strategically planned—from intuitive entry flow to seating layouts that balance comfort and capacity. Our design approach prioritized both front-of-house ambiance and back-of-house operations to ensure the space performs as well as it looks.
A central goal was to make Taqueria 27 a true neighborhood destination—a place where design, brand, and hospitality intersect. Whether it’s a quick lunch, a family meal, or an evening out with friends, the environment invites diners to linger and return.
CORE Architecture specializes in restaurant and hospitality design that brings brand identity to life while fostering meaningful community engagement. Taqueria 27 in Eagle Mountain is a testament to the power of thoughtful, intentional design in transforming commercial spaces into authentic experiences.
