Tuscan Villas Townhomes
CORE Architecture designed the Tuscan Villas Townhomes, a 130-unit residential community focused on walkability, luxury living, and Tuscan-inspired design. The project includes a mix of townhomes, support facilities, and beautifully landscaped areas that foster a strong sense of community and connection.
The development features 3 plex, 4 plex, and 5 plex buildings, thoughtfully arranged to maximize pedestrian friendly courtyards and pathways while minimizing the presence of visible parking. At the heart of the neighborhood, a centrally located clubhouse offers residents access to a theater, fitness center, gathering space, and a resort style swimming pool.
Architecturally, Tuscan Villas draws from classic Tuscan countryside style, with stone and stucco exteriors, covered patios, and inviting entryways. Interiors feature spacious layouts with open concept living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms designed for modern comfort.
Each three story townhome offers either an “uphill” or “downhill” floor plan. The uphill design places the garage, kitchen, and living room on the main floor, with bedrooms above and a full basement below. The downhill option includes a lower level garage and recreation room, a main level kitchen, living area, and master suite, and two bedrooms plus a den on the upper floor.
