Unicity Office Warehouse Build-Out
Unicity, a global supplements and wellness manufacturer, partnered with CORE Architecture to design a 24,000 SF, two-story build-out for their new Utah-based facility. This complex project includes a blend of corporate office space, warehouse operations, and a controlled manufacturing area featuring a specialized clean room, tailored to meet Unicity’s production and regulatory needs.
Housed within an existing structure, the project required significant upgrades to comply with current building and energy codes. CORE Architecture played a pivotal role in identifying the most efficient paths to compliance, working closely with city officials to develop targeted, cost-effective solutions. These efforts ensured that the client’s budget expectations were met without sacrificing safety, performance, or regulatory standards.
