US Synthetic Medical Clinic
As part of a growing trend in employee wellness and on-site healthcare, US Synthetic partnered with CORE Architecture to add a dedicated medical clinic within their recently completed facility in Orem, Utah. With space at a premium, the clinic required smart design solutions to fit a comprehensive range of healthcare functions into a highly efficient footprint.
CORE Architecture delivered a space that includes a large exam/procedure room, three additional exam rooms, a physical therapy room, a conference/breakroom, nurses station, reception/waiting area, supply and records space, a children’s corner, and a unisex restroom, along with dedicated space for future expansion. The layout is tailored to ensure seamless patient flow, maintain privacy, and support quick, comfortable access for employees seeking care during the workday.
To ensure clinical excellence, US Synthetic collaborated with Intermountain Healthcare, who provides on-site medical staff, ensuring high-quality care and a fully integrated healthcare experience. CORE introduced creative architectural solutions to enhance privacy without compromising openness or accessibility—an important consideration in workplace-based healthcare.
This project highlights CORE Architecture’s ability to combine corporate interior planning with healthcare functionality, helping companies like US Synthetic support employee health, reduce absenteeism, and improve workplace satisfaction.
