Located at Provo Airport, the Vivint Aircraft Hangar is a premier example of CORE Architecture’s ability to merge high-performance aviation design with refined executive spaces. Designed to accommodate up to four private jets, the facility includes a full suite of amenities for both crew and corporate users—supporting Vivint’s operational needs with style, functionality, and sophistication.
The primary structure is a steel-framed hangar clad in insulated aluminum skin, offering durability and weather resistance. Expansive light-filled windows and a dramatic 120-foot telescoping hangar door provide both operational access and a visual connection to the airfield. The result is a high-functioning aircraft hangar that supports both aircraft maintenance and day-to-day aviation operations.
Attached to the hangar is a two-story executive office and lounge wing, designed to provide a welcoming home port for pilots, crew, and corporate travelers. CORE Architecture utilized a blend of polished granite, glass, and aluminum to give the exterior a sleek, modern character while reducing the building’s scale to human proportion.
Inside, the design is warm and luxurious, featuring textured wood accents, polished concrete floors, comfortable lounge furnishings, and panoramic views of the runway and Wasatch Mountains. The space includes waiting areas, a kitchen, conference rooms, private offices, and dedicated pilot facilities.
