Vivint Medical Clinic
CORE Architecture partnered with Vivint Smart Home to design an integrated medical clinic within the second level of their existing conference center, creating a highly functional healthcare space within a compact footprint. This innovative corporate wellness project reflects the growing trend of on-site medical services and underscores Vivint’s commitment to employee health and accessibility.
Tasked with converting a non-traditional space, CORE delivered a layout that efficiently accommodates essential healthcare services. The clinic includes two exam rooms, a reception area, nurse lab, restroom, doctor’s office, waiting area, and a flexible future-use dental or exam room—all within a strategically designed interior that maximizes usability without sacrificing comfort or flow.
One of the clinic’s most distinctive features is a hallway with full-height glazing that overlooks the building’s lower-level basketball court. To preserve patient privacy while maintaining visual connection and natural light, CORE implemented a custom translucent film solution, balancing transparency with discretion.
The Vivint clinic exemplifies CORE Architecture’s expertise in adaptive reuse, corporate healthcare design, and space-efficient interiors. By embedding a healthcare facility within their headquarters, Vivint offers employees convenient, confidential, and immediate access to wellness services—setting a benchmark for forward-thinking workplace design.
This project not only supports day-to-day health needs but also contributes to broader goals around employee retention, productivity, and workplace satisfaction. CORE Architecture is proud to support Vivint in reimagining what corporate wellness can look like through innovative architectural solutions.
