Vivint Office Park

CORE Architecture partnered with Vivint to design a modern, 126,000 SF office park that blends high-performance workspaces with wellness-driven amenities, all set against the stunning backdrop of Mt. Timpanogos and Cascade Mountain. The development includes a 105,000 SF, three-story Office Building and a 21,000 SF Conference Building—strategically planned to serve the evolving needs of Vivint’s dynamic workforce.

The Office Building is designed to capture natural daylight and mountain views, fostering a bright, uplifting work environment. It features a full commercial kitchen and cafeteria, along with a dedicated library space to support employee wellness and ongoing learning. CORE’s layout and material selections enhance the daily experience, reinforcing Vivint’s commitment to innovation, comfort, and productivity.

Adjacent to the main office, the 21,000 SF Conference Building functions as a multi-use training and gathering center for the campus. This facility includes a full NBA-size basketball court, stage, theater, break room, recording studio, locker rooms, and a fitness center. Whether used for large-scale training events, company gatherings, or recreational activities, the building supports a balanced and community-oriented work culture.

CORE Architecture also integrated the office park into the surrounding context by preserving and enhancing existing green space—creating seamless indoor-outdoor connections throughout the site. This holistic design approach reflects both Vivint’s forward-thinking ethos and CORE’s commitment to creating people-centric, performance-based architecture. The result is a vibrant, purpose-driven campus that supports growth, collaboration, and well-being.
