Wasatch High School Turf Replacement

CORE Architecture collaborated with Wasatch County School District and FieldTurf to design and implement the new synthetic turf sports fields at Wasatch High School in Heber City, Utah. These state-of-the-art athletic fields were designed with performance, durability, and safety in mind, providing student-athletes with a premier playing surface that enhances their training and competition experiences.

Engineered for year-round usability, the fields feature high-quality synthetic turf that mimics the feel of natural grass while offering superior resilience to heavy foot traffic and varying weather conditions. Whether under the summer sun or winter snowfall, the all-weather playing surface remains consistent, allowing athletes to train and compete in optimal conditions throughout the year. The design also incorporates advanced drainage systems, ensuring the fields remain in top condition even after heavy rainfall or snow accumulation.

This project reflects CORE Architecture’s ongoing commitment to enhancing educational, recreational, and athletic facilities in the community. Having previously collaborated with Wasatch County School District on multiple infrastructure projects, we are honored to continue contributing to the development of high-quality sports complexes that support students, athletes, and the broader community. These new synthetic turf fields not only improve the athletic experience but also reinforce the school’s dedication to excellence in sports, recreation, and student development.
