Built Works Corporate Office & Production Facility
American Fork, UT
The new headquarters and production facility for Built Works is moving closer and closer to completion. Known for its protein and energy products, the American Fork-based company engaged Curtis Miner Architecture to convert an existing pharmaceutical production and storage facility into one for producing and storing Built Bars.
The company is known for “unbelievably healthy, ridiculously delicious” bars, and the complex was designed to foster a spirit of creativity and innovation. CMA project manager Dallas Nelson notes a new exterior and main entry feature will welcome visitors and employees and serve as a fantastic photo backdrop. Built Works products use clean, simple ingredients and that is reflected in the main entry design.
Each of the seven protein bar production lines is over 200’ long and will help to increase production by nearly nine times. The complete renovation includes 16,700 square feet of new space and 104,000 square feet of remodeled space.
