421 Lofts

CORE Architecture is pleased to have teamed with Envision Architectural Group and Wright Development to assist with one of their newest communities to be housed in downtown Salt Lake City. The 421 Lofts Community building features a total of 235 units varying in type ranging from studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms.  Some units are located at street level along 400 South.  The balance of living units are dispersed at all levels up through level 8.  The common entry lobby, leasing, and other support spaces are located at street level along 400 East.  Level 4, the podium deck level, houses an outdoor pool and spa deck with mountain views looking east and south exposure and is immediately adjacent to a 2-story interior clubroom space.  An indoor fitness center features an outdoor adjacent fitness space shared with other outdoor courtyard space which including T.V. and seating with BBQ.  A separate outdoor courtyard central to the building facing south houses fire pits and seating areas.
