CORE’s site-responsive design ensures the building fits seamlessly into the surrounding context through thoughtful material selection and architectural detailing that reflects local design standards.

The interior layout includes a full commercial kitchen to support an in-house restaurant, maximizing food service opportunities and increasing customer dwell time. Multi-use restrooms, walk-in cooler and freezer areas, a dedicated office space, and a well-organized retail zone create an efficient, customer-friendly environment that supports both staff operations and guest convenience.
