Kubota Dealership

CORE Architecture was privileged with the opportunity to assist the Bonneville Equipment company with their new Kubota Equipment dealership in Springville, Utah.  Similar to other automotive projects, the uses of the building included a showroom space, a business area, and a large shop. Per Owner request, the building consisted of a CMU block structure for the entire building.  CMU block has become increasingly more difficult to use, due to energy code restrictions and emphasis in the code to use continuous insulation systems.  To meet the code requirements and Owner request, CORE implemented an integral insulated block system, which closely approximates a continuous insulation condition.  The end-result is a building that is both durable inside and out and energy efficient.
