Jerry Seiner Mazda Orem
Located along the high-traffic corridor of University Parkway in Orem, the Jerry Seiner Mazda dealership underwent a strategic renovation to align with Mazda’s latest branding and retail environment (RE) program standards. CORE Architecture (formerly Curtis Miner Architecture) led the 7,618 SF remodel, transforming a dated facility into a modern, brand-consistent showroom that enhances the customer experience and dealership visibility.
CORE worked closely with the client to maximize design impact while maintaining a strict project budget, delivering a fresh and cohesive aesthetic through cost-effective architectural solutions. The remodel focused on reimagining the showroom and main lobby, infusing these spaces with natural daylighting and refined finishes to create a welcoming, contemporary retail environment.
Exterior upgrades were selectively applied to maintain continuity with the dealership’s existing structure while subtly updating its appearance. CORE’s design guidance ensured all improvements met Mazda’s RE image standards, helping the dealership remain competitive in both form and function.
The project’s success reflects CORE Architecture’s expertise in automotive dealership design, commercial remodels, and brand-driven architectural solutions. By advocating for smart design investments and incorporating thoughtful updates, CORE helped the Jerry Seiner Mazda team elevate their facility’s presence without exceeding budget constraints.
The Orem remodel not only enhances customer engagement and operational flow, but also repositions the dealership as a sophisticated and modern retail destination, fully aligned with Mazda’s evolving brand identity.
