Lone Peak High School Grandstands

CORE Architecture collaborated with Alpine School District to transform the spectator experience at Lone Peak High School with the design and installation of new grandstands. This strategic upgrade enhances the school’s athletic facilities, providing modern, comfortable, and ADA-accessible seating that supports the dynamic sports culture of the community.

Designed with both function and form in mind, the grandstands feature improved sightlines, wider aisles, and upgraded entry points to maximize safety, accessibility, and crowd flow. CORE Architecture prioritized durability by selecting long-lasting, weather-resistant materials, ensuring the seating remains low-maintenance and resilient under heavy use.

The grandstands were seamlessly integrated into the existing stadium, maintaining architectural cohesion and enhancing the school’s overall aesthetic. These improvements not only elevate the game-day experience for students, athletes, and fans but also strengthen community engagement by creating a welcoming environment for events beyond sports—such as assemblies, celebrations, and regional gatherings.

This project exemplifies CORE Architecture’s expertise in educational planning, facility design, and institutional architecture, with a focus on student engagement and inclusive design. By delivering innovative, student-centered design solutions across academic spaces, CORE continues to lead in K-12 design and campus improvement. The Lone Peak High School grandstands reflect CORE’s commitment to designing inspiring learning environments and impactful school architecture.
