Parkway Crossing

Designed to accommodate students of Utah Valley University, this mixed-use project includes residential units on the second, third, and fourth floors; retail space on the main level; and a recreation plaza and swimming pool outside.

The project employed an innovative hybrid structural system which used concrete block on the main level, and conventional wood framing on the upper levels, saving the developer significant costs associated with all-steel construction.

CORE Architecture designed mixed-use buildings B and C, the recreation plaza, and the swimming pool.
