United Underwriters Tenant Improvement
CORE Architecture partnered with United Underwriters to deliver a tenant-focused office design within their Provo headquarters. Working closely with the owner’s interior designer, CORE shaped the layout, interior finishes, and build-out details to reflect both function and brand identity.
The space is filled with natural daylight, thanks to the building’s multi-story glass façade. This design choice enhances employee comfort and supports sustainable office design by minimizing the need for artificial lighting during the day.
The project also contributes to the overall corporate campus experience. Tenants enjoy convenient access to a below-grade parking structure, improving daily commuter flow and maximizing site use. The building connects directly to the Provo River Trail system, making it easy for employees to walk or bike to work—an added value in modern office environments focused on health and flexibility.
An east-facing patio links directly to the break area, offering panoramic views of the Wasatch Mountains and a seamless extension of the workspace outdoors. This feature encourages informal collaboration and workplace wellness.
Interior spaces include a reception and waiting area, file and mailrooms, conference rooms, executive and private offices, open workstations, storage, printing, a multi-purpose/training room, and support spaces—demonstrating CORE Architecture’s strength in designing efficient, modern office environments tailored to the needs of today’s tenants.
