Wasatch Behavioral Health – Payson

CORE Architecture designed Wasatch Behavioral Health in Payson, UT. This expansive project included a significant 23,848-square-foot addition to the existing building, thoughtfully integrating new spaces to support evolving healthcare needs.

The facility now boasts a welcoming lobby area, creating an inviting first impression and smooth patient flow. Exam rooms were strategically designed for maximum efficiency, promoting improved patient-provider interactions.

A fully equipped dental office was incorporated to expand available healthcare services, featuring multiple operatories designed for both patient comfort and clinical effectiveness. The dental suite includes advanced imaging equipment, efficient sterilization areas, and thoughtfully organized spaces to optimize workflow and enhance patient experiences.

Complementing the dental office, a conveniently located pharmacy was integrated into the design, providing accessible medication distribution and counseling services. This pharmacy layout was meticulously planned to maximize efficiency, featuring organized medication storage, private consultation areas, and streamlined patient-staff interactions.

Dedicated offices and an outreach enrollment office provide private, comfortable environments for both administrative functions and patient consultations. Spacious, flexible break rooms were included to encourage staff wellness, offering areas to relax and recharge with practical amenities, comfortable seating, and ample storage. Additionally, CORE Architecture planned future office space on the second floor, allowing flexibility for future growth and adaptation to emerging healthcare demands.
